Who gets it: Dealers and Manufacturers
What is it: This is a new feature that allows service or replacement parts as a sub-item in the proposal to be added.
How it works: On the manufacturer side, when creating or editing an item, users can select which of the service parts are applicable to the item.
Then, while creating a proposal, users can add these service parts as sub-items by clicking the add service part icon.
Why it matters: Depending on the proposal or customer needs, users may want to order some extra hinges or drawers for a cabinet. This feature allows them to order these alternative, replaceable items easily and quickly.
