Who gets it: Retailers
What is it: This is a new ability for our premium retailer users to change the order after it was sent to the manufacturer.
How it works: Button “Edit order” is added to the order items section:
Clicking on it will initiate an order change and bring the user to the proposal view from where any necessary or urgent changes can be made. When saving the latest changes, the user will be prompted to choose to notify the manufacturer about the change.
Why it matters: The option to change an order after it was sent to a manufacturer proves very useful to our premium retailer users. It’s not something that happens very often, but sometimes customers do change their mind after they place an order with a retailer. Now, our premium retailer users are ready and armed with an effective solution for situations like this.
