Who gets it: Retailers and Manufacturers
What is it: User experience and capability improvements for Retailers and Manufacturers when they work on proposals. Continue reading below to get the details and helpful visualization of the updates.
How it works:
Updates for Retailers:
All project information that is shared across the versions, as well as the buttons for downloading, emailing proposals, and sending contracts, are now moved to the top.

Other styles that users cannot select due to missing items are now moved to the end of the price comparison so that the cheaper ones are easily accessible. In addition, door styles images are added for each style.
The search box for adding items is now moved on top of the table and new items will be added on top.
Marketplace Retailer users can now reorder proposal parts as well by dragging the chosen item by its table index number. They are now also able to edit their cart items when they group items on the Proposal screen.

Contacts are now moved from proposal to the top project navigation bar for more convenience.
Price summary has received some style improvements for easier differentiation between more and less important rows.

Why it matters: Working on proposals is one of the most critical steps for both cabinet manufacturers and cabinet retailers, which is why we continually work on improving the proposal process. We believe that the proposal process must be adapted to the particular needs of both manufacturers and retailers, as well as of retailers’ customers. With these improvements, KitchenDEV makes sure the Cabinet Pricing & Ordering app fits your needs, saves you time, work, labor, and money, and helps you achieve results that keep you ahead of the competition.
