Who gets it: Manufacturers
What is it: This is an option for cabinet manufacturers to delete RMAs and restore inventory and balance status to the previous state before the return was marked as completed. This gives them the ability to undo incorrect inventory quantities and balance.
How it works: Similarly to deleting other records, under the Actions dropdown in the last table column, you will be able to select “Delete”. After that, you will be asked to confirm you wish to delete a specific RMA and any payments where the credit was used, as well as undo any inventory and balance changes. Why it matters: This is a convenient feature instantly available if you need to delete a redundant RMA or an RMA created by mistake if, for example, the return was only partially shipped or issued for the wrong customer. It gives you full control over all Return Merchandise Authorization processes in your company.
