Who gets it: Manufacturers and Retailers
What is it: This is an improvement that ensured email receivers can now reply to the senders. In addition, every email sent from the app, as well as any conversation that happens when replying to that email will now be logged and accessible from the new messages tab in the project view.
How it works: All emails sent from the app such as order email, acknowledgment, invoice, contracts, will now be automatically logged in the app. Users can see the history of all emails sent from the new messages tab.
Why it matters: Being able to respond to an email and have a history of conversations is essential for effective email communication. With email transaction improvements, we made sure our users now can communicate without any difficulties.
