Who gets it: Retailers
What is it: New feature in the Cabinet Pricing & Ordering software that allows retailers to submit new catalogs or request price updates.
Why it matters: Since we don’t have all manufacturers in the system, we add them if a retailer has a need for it. With this feature, retailers can now easily submit new requests and we can keep track of them.
How it works: Users go to Requests > New Manufacturer page and there they can easily attach catalogs or Excel files with cabinet parts and prices, and give us custom instructions on how to process them. To request Price updates, they go to Requests > Price Change page.
Here they select an existing manufacturer, attach any necessary files, and enter any instructions they have for us.
