KitchenDEV Policies

• Refund policy — Software onboarding and customization and monthly subscription fees are not refundable. Month to month contracts can be canceled any time but partial refund for a month will not be provided.

• Delivery policy — Software delivery will be online. All of our products are hosted within KitchenDEV cloud and our customers are given access to.

• Return policy – Not applicable for KitchenDEV services as they are pay per usage.

• Cancellation policy — Month to month contracts can be canceled anytime but no partial refund will be provided. Similar with yearly contracts. If canceled before end of year term no refund will be provided. Onboarding and customization contracts can not be canceled. Clients owe the full amount once entered into the contract and there will be no refund for project cancelations.
