We help you with the agreement and order confirmation as well so everyone is on the same page with the parts, modifications, and the configuration.
When you fulfill the order, the whole workflow will go through certain stages.
If you have any returns, you will need to handle the return requests. We help you handle RMAs.
We also provide some powerful tools to your dealers. They get a full CRM, so they can manage their own customers — homeowners, contractors, builders — that they work with. At the end of the process, we help your dealers collect more reviews, collect more finished project photos, which can help you, as a manufacturer, as well, to put together a portfolio.
Repeating this process reduces errors and you communicate with your dealers more effectively. There is a messaging feature as well within the software. You can have a general inbox but most importantly, you can have an inbox within a specific proposal and you can communicate with your dealers just regarding a specific order. This is a very useful feature that can help you resolve issues quickly.
Cabinet Retailers’ Journey with KitchenDEV
The Dealers’ side has a similar flow to Manufacturers’ Journey but with different customers and different types of activities.
We help dealers rank higher on Google and get more leads online as well. When a customer comes into the showroom, the first thing they need to do is to take measurements if customer doesn’t have measurements already. We help dealers set up an appointment, we introduce cabinet manufacturers’ catalogs. They can view multiple vendors and their catalogs and then build up a proposal, see and compare pricing.
After showing to the customer what is available, the next is scheduling and setting an appointment, and design. Our Calendar feature is very useful. As you schedule a design appointment, the Shared Calendar on the app gets filled with all the entries that help the whole team be on the same page.
After dealers design the kitchen on 2020 Design, they can import the ready design into Cabinet Pricing & Ordering software, so they don’t need to add parts one by one. But, alternatively, they can also add parts one by one if they wish so.
